Terms & Conditions Dafa Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dafa" or "Platform" refers to the dafa-khelo.com website and all associated services, including the mobile app, API interfaces, and all entertainment products offered.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the dafa platform.
• "Bet" refers to any betting activity conducted through the dafa platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and lottery.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in your dafa account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus value.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, cashback, gift, or complimentary benefit granted by dafa to members through promotional programmes.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform dafa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and dafa. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the dafa platform immediately.

Dafa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the dafa platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

To access the full features of the platform dafa, you will need to register an account. Registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia.
• Has never been banned or prohibited from using the dafa platform previously.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any licensed betting platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only on dafa. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. dafa reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Platform dafa accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all fully supported for Malaysian players:

• Daily maximum deposit limits are subject to platform limits and those set by your payment provider.
• Dafa does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Dafa reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of being linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, please contact dafa customer support with proof of the transaction.

Member dafa reserves the right to withdraw funds from an eligible account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 50,000 (subject to review and adjustable based on account level).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by dafa.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 30 minutes and 3 business hours.
• The first withdrawal from any new account may require additional document verification before it is processed.
• Bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

All betting activity on the platform dafa — including EPL and Malaysia Super League football betting, cricket, BWF badminton, Live Casino baccarat, slots, and lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets confirmed by the dafa system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that match. Any subsequent changes to the odds do not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• Dafa reserves the right to void bets where there is a significant technical error, a clear odds input mistake, or evidence of market manipulation.
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time. A bet is only valid once the system issues a bet ID confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by bet type, market, and league. These limits are displayed on the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the specified timeframe, dafa reserves the right to void and refund all related bets.

Dafa offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirement: Typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used by members who have registered legitimately with accurate and verifiable information.
• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts closed.
• Dafa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus value carries no cash value until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform dafa. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering for or using more than one account (including using another person's identity).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate bets or gameplay.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions through bonus hunting or arbitrage techniques.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious fund transfers conducted through the dafa platform.
• Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or compromise the security of the dafa platform.
• Actions that disrupt other users' experience or the stability of the platform.
• Falsifying identity or documents during the KYC verification process.

A dafa account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• By Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting dafa customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
• By dafa Due to Breach: dafa reserves the right to close the account of any member who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In cases of serious breach, any bonus balance may be forfeited.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: You may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or a permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming.

Following account closure, all your personal data will be retained for the period required by Malaysian law before being securely deleted.

Dafa provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Dafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Dafa's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
• Dafa is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, third-party hardware failures, or natural disasters.

Platform Usage dafa is also subject to Privacy Policy ours, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By using the dafa platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dafa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email notification or an in-platform announcement at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the dafa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, please contact our customer support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dafa shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between you and dafa.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
